No show policy

A paper which does not have an author registration or for which the presentation is not held will not be included in the published proceedings.

Registration Fees

If you also want to attend the parallel International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools & Applications (IPTA), the IPTA fees apply.

Every accepted paper needs at least one full registration. One registration can cover only one paper.

All fees include online access to the proceedings, all lunch and coffee breaks, and the workshop banquet dinner.

Student Registrations

Students must upload a certificate of their status as a full-time student. The registration process will only be complete when the organization sends the registration confirmation.

Please note that the author registration for the paper can not be at student registration rate.

Accompanying Person

Includes lunch, dinner and social event but not other conference admission.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund regardless of the cancellation date.

Registration Steps

Registration is done via the PLUS Events Website. Simply click on one of the links in the price table above (the payment amounts in € are hyperlinks) to be taken to the actual registration page. To register for the event, you must create an account. Afterwards the payment can be made by credit card or direct transfer ("Sofortüberweisung").

If you are an author and want to register more than one work or register an accompanying person, you must register and pay for them individually. Of course, you can use the account you created for the first registration for the others as well.

Also note that early bird registration is only open until March 31st and regular registration will not start until April 1st, 2022.
